Perempuan Laut (PL) Indonesia is an Indonesian non-profit female empowerment organization, officially established as a foundation on November 25, 2024. Our mission is to elevate women voices and empower them to thrive in ocean-related industries by reframing attitudes towards local women in ocean-based livelihoods. We provide access to resources and support to transform female participation in ocean ecosystem management and conservation.
